Meet Chrissy Skaggs, managing partner of the Seasons 52 restaurant in Phoenix.
Chrissy was turned down in 1998 when she applied for her first foodservice job — as a dishwasher. She was told that the job was “too difficult for a girl.” In 2007, she joined The Capital Grille as a sous chef, and a year later, she became the first female executive chef partner with The Capital Grille. She later moved to Seasons 52 to master the managing partner role. She continues to prove that no job is too difficult for her.
