Krowd Home Access supports these minimum operating systems:

Java Virtual Machine Requirements

Access to Manager Home Access requires a Java-enabled Web browser for full functionality. If you do not have Java Runtime Environment installed on your system, you may use the link below to download it.

Other Requirements
  • Minimum processor: Pentium 233 Mhz or higher
  • Minimum memory: 64 megabytes (MB) of RAM
  • ISP: DSL or greater (Recommended); 56K dialup (Minimum)
  • Monitor Resolution - 800 x 600, 24-bit color
